Medication Reminders & Care Calls
Care Call Rings will send a friendly automated phone reminder to take medication at a scheduled time. If the phone is answered by a real person Care Call Rings will know that the call recipient is well enough to answer the phone and the calls will stop. If the phone is not answered by a real person, the call recipient will receive another call in ten minutes. This process will repeat three times or until the phone is answered by someone. After three unsuccessful attempts, the first person in the recipient's care circle will be notified of the missed calls. If the person in the recipients care circle does not answer the phone. They will receive another call in 15 minutes, two in total or until someone answers the phone. The calls will also stop if the recipient or someone within the care circle places a phone call to the call line.
Appointment Reminders & Care Calls
Care Call Rings will send reminder calls for important activities like doctor's appointments or social events. Just let us know when the call is needed and our automated system will send a call at a designated time the night before or the morning of, then again, an hour before the appointment time. If the phone is answered by a real person, we will know that the recipient is well enough to answer the phone and is aware of their appointment. If the phone is not answered then, the recipient will receive another call in ten minutes. This will happen three times or until the phone is answered by a real person. The calls will also stop if the recipient or someone within the care circle places a phone call to the call line. After three unsuccessful answers, the reminders will stop.
Caring Conversation Calls
A friendly person will call at a designated time, to provide conversation and companionship and to reinforce a sense of security for you and your loved ones. These calls can last up to thirty minutes and can be as often as needed. These calls do cost a little extra so, please call to get pricing for this service.
